Description:
The watercolor depicts a flock grazing in a hilly landscape of the Maremma hinterland.
These are the places that Pascucci could admire during the long days spent painting outdoors.
This watercolor was acquired along with another watercolor, presumably one depicting Summer, by the Municipality of Grosseto in 1937, through the testamentary bequest of Dr. Efisio Bellucci.
The bequest, recorded in testamentary decree 388, indicated the value (1000 lire) and the subject of the paintings: "two seasons", presumably autumn and summer.
